Small Height 5'1" to 5'3" / under 1.60m, Dress Size 6 to 10 Regular Height 5'4" to 5'10" /1.62m to 1.78m, Dress Size 12 to 16 Large Height 5'11" and above/1.80m or above, Dress Size18 to 22 XLarge Height 6' and above/1.83m or more, Dress Size over 22
If you're at the bottom of the height range and are under the recommended dress size you may find going down a sling size is best, likewise if you are at the top of the height range and above the dress size then going up a sling size should work better for you.
